stopped letting me sign in
had to delete app because it wouldnt let me sign in. i have a lot of stars under my gmail account and it keeps telling me “error occurred” and they don’t know the reason. so frustrating
Video not playing
International Fans cannot watch the video under an artist name. It doesn’t play for some reasons. So we cannot help artist to have more vote except for buying stars to be able to vote. So sad for international fans who wants to help their k-pop idols. I hope they fix it.

I tried to sign up but they keep giving me korean version.
only good if ur part of big4
in the end a scam and works a lot based on privilege, time consuming and slow for ur efforts not to be counted in the end, rather spend ur time boosting hashtags on twt

I want to use this app but it won’t let me create an account. Using Apple, Google, or Twitter to sign up results in an error message and the app resetting to Korean, it’s very poorly designed.
