This app, in addition to changing the language to Korean whenever it wants, also deletes your account, if it weren't for BTS I would never use this app…

Apple ID won’t let me log in through the application still. The link is broken in app. Please resolve this issue.

Come on FANNSTAR?? Can you get it together please?!! I login with Apple ID EVERYDAY and now when I tap it to login it doesn’t respond. I wanted to do a timed event. Please FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

Automatically logged out and freezing issues

I was automatically logged out and when I was able to get back in it was freezing up on me and would not let me collect my daily attendance vote but would let me collect on articles and the recommendation post this app really needs a lot of improvements because it’s annoying

Can’t recuperate my account

The app doesn’t allow me to access with my username nor email, I had accumulated my stars and was kicked out on the fourth day, which made me feel like it doesn’t matter how many hours I spent trying to accomplish something it will reset at any given moment and I will lost my advantage .

Yea this isn’t working

I’ve downloaded this app just yesterday and it’s already getting on all of my nerves. It is laggy and slow and when I open the app, the loading screen appears for about 30 seconds before the Home Screen actually pops up. They won’t let me watch the ads to vote 50 stars because of some permissions thing that I’ve tried so hard to get through. At this point, the only reason I’m keeping this app is to vote for my fav idols. Seeing reviews from over a year ago and now the app doesn’t seem much different, I don’t think management will fix these problems.

Glitched and I can’t get the daily free star

I’ve logged in for months and it worked but now the daily star questions are glitching everytime I press the right answer it says incorrect this happened on the site too even if you press all the answers they’re all gonna be incorrect please fix this I need to vote and the voting ends really soon

Horrible :(

1. Constant slow loading screen 2. constant pop up ads that literally blocks everything in my view 3. Says i need to log in in order to get stars (i already am) Honestly the app also doesn't even look appealing to the eye
