FANS - For Fans & Artists

if i could just rate this 0 star i would. limiting the posts to the fans who subscribed is kind of sad considering not all bought subscription or have the means for that. with this app supposed to be another form of communication with the artists, some of the new rules is just so low. also, my posts keep on getting taken down. i wonder why?

i understand the protection of the artists but atp everything is all abt money. the application isn’t even that good.

it’s been a long time since i had registered. every day, i try verifying my phone number, but all my effort is in vain. the verification process needs an update urgently ‼️

it doesn’t give me a banner/notification that a member posted. i always missed it whenever they post or comment

The notifications under each artist whenever they reply to a fan has a problem. When you click the notification, it only shows the comment of the artist. It would’ve been better if it also shows the comment/post of the fan they are replying. Also, in order to see the comments of the artist, one has to go under FAN menu and it shows the “ [ARTIST] PICK”. However, it doesn’t show everything. Only certain comment/replies from a certain member in a group. Therefore, one has to go to notifications to see all members’ comments. But under notifications, it goes back to the first problem stated. Hoping it will be fixed.

I understand this is a new app. However, I wish they could do something about it. The app keeps on lagging and most of the registered account cannot verify their phone number as we are not receiving the code.

Please fix the app I can't see what my idol posted and I can't get through the phone registration

使用起来有时会卡卡的，毕竟是新app！希望jyp工作部门可以改进！谢谢辛苦了！
