Lovely App that takes artist and fans safety seriously. Love the new updates that restricts accounts from spamming and disrupting the peace of the app.
Censorship and Unfair Policy Changes Ruin the Experience
I'm deeply concerned about the app's censorship of words and phrases related to Palestine. This limits our ability to discuss important human rights issues, restricting free speech and hindering open dialogue on crucial matters. Freedom of speech is vital for meaningful discussions, especially on significant topics like the situation in Palestine. The current censorship policies undermine this principle. Platforms should support open and honest conversations about global issues, but the app's restrictions on discussing Palestine prevent this. I urge the app to reconsider its censorship policies to allow more comprehensive discussions on Palestine and other critical issues. We need to ensure that all perspectives can be shared and debated. The app's current restrictions on Palestine-related content are a barrier to this and show a stance against free dialogue. Additionally, the recent policy changes have severely limited posting in the Stray Kids fan area. Despite paying for membership, I can't post even old album photos or a picture of a watermelon without them being removed. It's frustrating to see posts getting mass-reported and removed, with many posts in the feed showing "this post was blinded due to multiple reports." JYPE's stance on Zionism is evident. Overall, the app's approach to censorship and its policy changes are disappointing and counterproductive to fostering an open community.
I don’t feel connected to the artists at all
For an app that was created to allow fans all over the world to connect with their artists it has become very classist as I’m no longer allowed to view posts now (unless I pay for the membership). Also I’m dumbfounded by the censorship that’s happening now in the form of “protecting the artists” when as fans we’ve been begging for MONTHS for the protection of the artists and at every serious instance our complaints have been ignored. Jype is ruining like single good image and experience associated with skz right now and everything they stood for since debut (district 9 being their debut track). I’ve never felt so detached from stray kids and the fandom as a whole as I do now.
Unusable
App incredibly buggy and unusable. Can’t read any posts or post myself.
Reporting system
Everything gets mass reported and taken down within 2 minutes, all of which are harmless posts.

the app was completely a mess for the first few months, they have now changed access rules for specific artists and and consistently deleting posts for little to no reason
Unable to verify phone number
It’s already april and you can see from other reviews the verification problem for UK users have been here for so long. When will this be fixed bruh 😭 Please
Why are people being banned for profile pics?!
I actually really liked this app and used it every day. I have the membership so I got the perks but I’ve been banned for a day for an offensive profile pic which is literally my face?! Are you actually manually banning people or is there a bug? Considering the app is one of the few membership perks international stays get this is out of order. If the banning comes from reports you should actually check the information since you let anybody sign up for the app it could be anyone complaining. Explain how my face is offensive and give me back my access.
