I really wish the platform could work as it has so many asian restaurants onboarded. While the delivery is too slow, usually more than an hour later than picking up, and at least half hour slower than other platforms. Customer service does nothing on these late deliveries. Please Please look at all the reviews about your delivery and customer service, really work on the improvements.

Customer service bad, they trying to fixed their own problem just tell you will give you $20 coupon, that sounds good right? But when u open coupon which was every $5 discount coupon with $40 purchases! That’s funny !

They were 15mins early of the said delivery time

First time user, didn’t get the food we ordered and got something else that was inedible. When we contacted customer service the person argued that was the dish we ordered and REFUSED TO REFUND THE MEAL. We didn’t ask to refund the whole order, just that incorrect meal. It wasn’t the food we ordered, which was vegetarian, what we got was full of PORK.

送餐出现问题，这个平台是我见过最抠的。 毫无补偿，只会说抱歉，有什么用？还经常出问题。

的确和国内的外卖平台做到了完全相同的用户体验，很习惯
