The estimate time and the actual delivery time is way too big. Multiple orders where I needed to wait for an extra hour for the food and there is no cancelling even it’s an hour late. Awful service and be prepared to have an extra hour wait for all your delivery.

But not only complaint here like a baby “panda”. You know what I mean. 😉

訂單已備註放在指定位置，外送員為什麼還要打電話，我沒接到電話外送員就走了，食物也不給我，耗了30分鐘，還叫我下樓等他，太誇張了，第一次遇到叫我下樓等他的外送員

You may find that you cannot place the order, cannot pick up, cannot pay, or the discount does not apply. And when you reach out to customer service of the app, you are put on hold for 40 minutes. This happened to me multiple times. It is super buggy. When the app works it’s great, when it doesn’t , you meal plan is ruined.

提前订好了午餐，两个小时后应该送到，却发现已被平台取消订单，平台说电话打不通，打不通可以再打，各种方式可以通知，却不负责任的直接取消订单，忙完工作发现午餐无声无息的消失了，必须差评！！

I really wish the platform could work as it has so many asian restaurants onboarded. While the delivery is too slow, usually more than an hour later than picking up, and at least half hour slower than other platforms. Customer service does nothing on these late deliveries. Please Please look at all the reviews about your delivery and customer service, really work on the improvements.

Customer service bad, they trying to fixed their own problem just tell you will give you $20 coupon, that sounds good right? But when u open coupon which was every $5 discount coupon with $40 purchases! That’s funny !
