FashionTIY - Wholesale Market

Ordered a bunch of stuff and paid extra for express shipping. It took 30 days to process the order before shipping. When it arrived all of the sizes did not match the size charts. I even contacted customer service before ordering and they instructed to follow the size chart. Sizes are laughable, My son is 9 and fits into the men’s size large. This company is a joke all around

I have been waiting for weeks and weeks for my products. They sent me a few pieces which were absolutely awful quality and now I am waiting for the second package. Really poor quality and awful customer service.

Its been more than a month and still waiting for the package. Person on char said it will come next week. This is the story from last 3 weeks and still waiting for the package. I wish I did some research before placing order from you guys. Priority Shipping is a scam. Don’t bother paying extra its dollars for that. Garbage service. Not gonna order again. Please refund our money if possible.

I placed an order over a month ago. Paid for priority shipment. They keep telling me that my item is coming despite the tracking information not being updated. Today it says that my order has been voided. UPS says that FashionTIY cancelled the order. YET FashionTIY told me that my item is at customs. They are liars and scammers. Spend your money elsewhere. I am going to try to retrieve all of money. So disappointed.

I opened my store for sales of fashion accessories last month and all of my products are purchased from F.A.Wholesale. They have so many styles to choose from and the price is really competitive. I have purchased 200 products from them, including various styles of necklaces, bracelets, bangles, earrings and rings. Hope to cooperate with F.A.Wholesale forever.

The items were as expected. I ordered a bunch of kids clothes and two sets of kids dishes. All are so cute and seem to be quality for what I paided per item. They are baby clothes so probably won’t take much abuse so I’m sure they’ll be great. The shipping took 42 days but you have to expect that when shipping from china. Customer service was very communicative and sent actual pictures when packing. Thought that was very good of them and made me trust them. I did have one item that was out of stock in one size so they immediately refunded me the amount on my credit card when they packaged up for shipping. That was very responsive. Will definitely order again.

Sure, it might take longer to receive your product, but keep in mind that their prices are unbeatable. They have the best customer service I've ever dealt with. They do everything they possibly can to make your buying experience the best they possibly can. So I 200% say YES I recommend FashionTIY for your shopping needs. Don't listen to me, Dont listen to other reviews, take the chance for yourself. You'll see it's worth it. The wait time is worth it, the pricing alone is by far worth it. The product is great, I've purchased from cheap to higher price, and the product is great. It's not you get what you pay for, it's better.... Thank you FashionTIY for all you do to help everyone.
