I am currently going through an issue with this company, and my experience has been frustrating so far. They sent me pictures of the items before shipping, but the products already show several issues: 1. The items appear wrinkled and look nothing like the high-quality images advertised on their website. 2. One item is the wrong shade of blue compared to what I ordered. 3. Two items are completely incorrect — one is a random suit I never ordered, and the other is a poor imitation of the original design I selected. On top of this, their communication has been poor and unhelpful. I’ve reached out to address these problems, but I’ve yet to receive a satisfactory solution or any confirmation about when my order will actually arrive. I’m hoping that when my items are finally shipped, they will be correct, but based on my experience so far, I’m not confident. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic quality standards.
I haven’t ordered anything from here, I decided to read the reviews first… and based on the way they treat their customers and the high shipping prices. I’ll pass. “Based on your online name that you made up, we didn’t find your account and your probably not a real customer. lol stop it.
I placed an order and received a lady by the name of Grace so I stated in my notes if everything not in stock then they can cancel the whole order because I’ve noticed that they will still try and send you like for example I ordered 19 pieces and they only had 10 pieces which is a waste of shipping and handling. So the lady Grace keeps on for some reason giving me problems as if she doesn’t respect my decision for my money so now this will be my last time doing business with this merchant because they will send you wrong colors or better yet send you a refund for half the order when it’s a waste of your money. I’m very disappointed at how they try and play ppl when I’ve been doing business with this merchant for a while now but this is it.
So you get a personal agent, which is good. But there response time is very slow,Ordered wide leg for woman’s I requested a return/refund my agent over messaged my request. Slow reply sometimes 3+ days to reply. Also have to ask multiple questions to get a 1word/sentence response.When you’re trying to run a successful business you must talk to manufacturers to ensure the quality of your clothes/designs. Overall not a good experience. I even requested a new agent, and Judy(my agent) hasn’t replied in 4 days to ensure. And I am disappointed I can push through with a manufacturer after thinking it would be better.
great prices for something that doesn’t even come in. i ordered a dress over a month ago for a senior session and still have not received it. there is no way to track the package except through asking customer service. hoping i didn’t get scammed. after reading other reviews im quite nervous
The items were as expected. I ordered a bunch of kids clothes and two sets of kids dishes. All are so cute and seem to be quality for what I paided per item. They are baby clothes so probably won’t take much abuse so I’m sure they’ll be great. The shipping took 42 days but you have to expect that when shipping from china. Customer service was very communicative and sent actual pictures when packing. Thought that was very good of them and made me trust them. I did have one item that was out of stock in one size so they immediately refunded me the amount on my credit card when they packaged up for shipping. That was very responsive. Will definitely order again.
I have just deleted the app. The only things they are good for are some cotton T-shirts. Very poor quality control. It’s like gambling, maybe you will win and get something decent, maybe you’ll be a Loser. I am not going to order from them anymore. I’d rather save my money and buy 1 quality item from a local mall then 10 items from them that will go to a donation box.
I would like to say that y’all are amazing in responding proactively in questions and correcting anything that needs to be corrected on the fly. I am so excited to provide the business y’all offer and look forward in many more deals with y’all.
I honestly wish I could upload screenshots to show you all how customer service is handling this current issue I’m dealing with. So, I ordered my items in January and receive d a month or so later. I realized they sent me the right style of sandals but the wrong color. I order gold they sent silver. I reached out to customer service March 6,2023 and showed them pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. She stated, “ The gold sandals were turned into silver due to the negligence of the order operation center staff.” She offered a coupon for my next order but I told her I didn’t plan on using their platform again, and that I would much rather return the items and be refunded. She told me I would get a partial refund and here it is April 4,2023 and I have yet to receive anything. I’ve been communicating back and forth with this lady and now she tells me that “ I’m pretty sure the refund has been deposited.” I checked my bank transactions for all of March and nothing. “Pretty sure” is not a definite and they can’t even give me a date that it was allegedly refunded smh. NEVER AGAIN will I use them.
