They will charge you for momey even though you delete the account or even you do anything. If you reach out to them, they will show some UNKNOWN POLICIES. THIS IS A SCAM - DONT DOWNLOAD THIS AT ALL
I have a 3 months subscription but now I’m finding it impossible to cancel it. Now it’s automatically renewing again which is not fair. Help me to unsubscribe from this plan and plz do not download this app.
No only very poor content, multiple screens and endless errors to get you stuck into not cancelling the subscriptions! Bad approach to make revenue rather than providing good quality apps
This app is a total fraud ! It’s not showing on the iPhone subscriptions so even if you get it for 1 month it will always take money from your back account ! I just notice this few months later ! I’m so disappointed!
£53 subscription automatically renews without any communication from the company and as it’s not subscribed the App Store, there’s no real way to know when the subscription renews. As soon as it had renewed, I contacted to ask to cancel and refund but the company claim that they absolutely under no circumstances can refund after the subscription has renewed unless unhappy with results. This company are deliberately misleading and internationally lack transparency. Do not purchase.
Your app description mentions that the app can be downloaded for free, which is not true at all!!! I paid for a yearly subscription thru the website, got charged immediately and still need to pay a second time to be able to download the app!!! I need my money back!
