FastEasy: Intermittent Fasting

Terms of use say you have to try the fasting for two weeks before refund. Be careful, they will not refund you otherwise if you don’t. I want personally very disappointed with the platform and the service two minutes after purchase and wanted to cancel. They didn’t let me. Here’s money gone to waste. So unfortunate to hear that an app presuming to care for health only cares for profit. Not recommended.

Does not have any way of logging in food you eat while eating, you have to write the canaries not the actual food. Bugs in the details and hours keep asking to input them, the alert on the screen when the phone is locked cannot be taken off, everyone looking at your screen knows you are fasting and how much time you have, even to add a glass of water takes at least 4 clicks ,,, really not easy to use and not helpful at all.

When I contacted the representatives, they told me that the fact that you canceled your subscription does not mean anything, you need to go to the site, unsubscribe on the site, then write them another letter saying that you are canceling your subscription. They refused to return my money, they said that the company policy does not return money, use it for free for a year. Despite the fact that I have already paid for the year. When I asked what to do if I didn’t want to use their app, they answered that they wouldn’t return the money for the year anyway. I closed the transaction through the credit card company. So if you buy a subscription, be aware that canceling it will be problematic. The company does everything to withdraw money, and their policy, which you agree to when purchasing a subscription, is not in your favor.

I paid for 5.5$ for 1 week and was charged for 30$!!!

The worst app I've ever seen! You do not have the right not to return the money to me, and I did not use the application for one hour!! Other than that you lied before registering that the plan will be built personally Not copy-paste for everyone ⛔️My advice for everyone is don't trust them!!! I bought 3 months and regretted it after few days. I am not happy with the app. The interface is not convenient, there is no added value, it sends me too many notifications and half of it concerns my satisfaction… And the meals plans is not realistic. I asked for a refund and they offered me… lifelong access to the app 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
