Intermittent Fasting Reviews

Works, but maybe a few bugs?

Works well, it has some basic tips that help you get through your fast and the timer works well. I do have some odd things that happen however. 1) it sometimes notifies me to start my fast, in an hour, when my fasting time would start several hours after. 2) watch app doesn’t seem to sync properly, it wants to start from zero .. possibly more but don’t exactly remember.

It’s alright

I like the app, but don’t like how you can’t adjust the end time. I do a lot of extended fasts and it’s just a pain to have to calculate how many hours myself.

Price???

I do like the app. But the reason I bought it, because it was 50% off. I was charged full price 😞

$12?

It’s ok, wish there were more features or reset options. Widgets sometimes hide the hour countdown. It does the job.

Almost perfect

I like that it’s a one time payment instead of a subscription. I wish the label for the Lock Screen widget wasn’t cut off, all it shows is F… underneath the fasting progress bar, which might as well not even be there lol

pretty & simple

Best Fasting App! No Annoyances and Great with Apple Watch!

By far the best fasting app, no annoying “social” features etc, beautiful interface and good selection of fasts. Also you can start a watch independently on your apple watch and it syncs with your iphone flawlessly. It was 11$ to buy it lifetime in app so I couldn’t be happier.

Good app

It works well. I would like to see being able to set a weekly schedule for those of us that have a varying plan that mixes length. A percentage indicator option for the widget would also be nice. I chose it over others because it’s not subscription based.
