Finally an app for extended fasting
This app is for everyone who wants to do longer than just 23 or so hour fasts. The shortest fasting time length is 1 day. The app provides preparation time period before the fast and refeeding period after it but you can skip them if you feel don’t need them. Timer shows how long you’ve fasted and how much longer there is to go (also in %). Great help to keep you motivated during longer fasts, especially when you feel tempted to break your fast earlier than planned!
