Pour peu que je l’aie utilisée, l’application a l’air top. Pour ma part, il manque seulement un widget pour une vision rapide de l’évolution du jeun.

L application est gratuite hormis quelques statistiques à débloquer dans le niveau premium mais qui ne me semblent pas indispensables. J ai hâte de tester mais elle semble bien informer les gens sur les différentes étapes.

Je teste pour la 1 ère fois cette application. Pour le moment elle semble complète. A voir au cour de l’utilisation.

Ive been looking for an app just for fasting, and this has succeeded my expectations!

I’m glad it allows tracking of a prolonged fast , whereas most fasting apps are for intermittent fasting only. Nice user interface and easy to use also. I think this app will help me a lot to stay motivated while keeping track of my fasting time.
