The app offered a credit based service. Now they switch to a subscription model, erasing everyone’s credits. On top of that, users were not informed about this change. Now they are offering a one year subscription, which is nowhere close to the value in credits I used to own.
I don’t know anyone that needs a fax app that does not want the ability to send and receive. i’m currently waiting for a refund. I gave two stars instead of just one because the customer service was very fast snd friendly.

It doesn’t deserve any stars. I needed to get one form by fax for our business. I sent one page from myself to myself to make sure it worked. I never received the business fax form. I purchased a 1-year subscription and was billed $359.48 and another $3.24. That’s fraud and I will report it!
I am unable to unsubscribe. And now I’m beholden to pay 31.86 if I want to download apps on my iPhone .. Why am I unable to UNSUBSCRIBE?
This app doesn’t work as advertised. I have attempted to send several faxes from my phone and they are never delivered. This purchase was a waste of time and money.
I really enjoy using this form in the way of faxing because it is very convenient.
