FAXER: Send FAX from iPhone

Won’t let me buy, says it will “restore” my purchase, can’t find a previous purchase, doesn’t let me do anything. The worst.

There’s no where in the app to cancel the service. How can I be billed for something and not have a way of canceling it?

I want to unsubscribe from this application and they won’t let me, please I need help

Was easy to use

Started off good then when you try to purchase the plan it will only tap the o w you want but it won’t let you actually purchase anything. No button that helps finalize the purchase. I’ve loaded and reloaded twice. I’m going with something else that works.

I needed to fax my ultra sound request to my hospital and it sent in less than 5 minutes! 10/10

First off this is not a free Fax service. Secondly I needed to send six faxes to government officials. Only three of the faxes went through. There was only a 50% success rate. My file sizes were less than 500 MB. Not good.

I trusted this app to send documents. The receiver did not get them. Such a waste of time. I was there was a way to verify that your document was received on the other end.

I wrote one review and I see it was deleted or something so I’m writing another one. This app dosent even work properly and then when you cancel during the 49cent they still try to charge you. I’ve reached out numerous of times with no response or solution. I’ll probably have to make a new icloud because i REFUSE TO PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT DIDNT WORK! Plus I know for a fact I cancelled it before the week was up because they app didn’t work so I unsubscribed and deleted the app that very same day I paid the .49cent!🤦🏾‍♀️ straight rip off.

Canceled my subscription on Nov 4th Faxer charged me for 5 more weeks. Apple has denied the claim and will not look at the email Faxer sent me that shows unsubscribe confirmation. I contacted Faxer and they said I have to go through Apple. Just a massive run around and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
