Subscriptions must be managed by the members and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the App Store Subscriptions screen after purchase.
When a trial subscription is offered, the trial period begins when a member signs up for the subscription through their App Store account. The subscription will be charged on the last day of the trial unless the member cancels at least 24 hours before trial ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the member purchases a subscription.
To cancel the Membership, members must cancel directly through their App Store account.
Cancellations begin at the end of the current subscription period.
All purchases are billed to the payment method that you designate when you sign up for an Apple ID as part of your App Store account and will appear as Apple on your App Store statement.

No customer service
The site doesn’t work at all. I paid a 3 month subscription and I don’t get any other users showing on my feed. Tried to contact customer service but they just don’t respond. Don’t waste your money!

Doesn’t work at all!
Just downloaded the app and took the majestic pack. The discovery page doesn’t work! There no people to see. Can only see my profile page.
Waardeloos
Na maanden(!) krijg je nog steeds geen match. Of als je een match hebt, is het profiel onmiddellijk gepauzeerd. Weken later nog altijd. Pure tijdverspilling net als alle andere datingapps
Majestic subscription
Payed for Majestic. Got the notification it is active. Went to check and when I try to use a feature, it shows a prompt which asks me to get the Majestic subscription. When I click on it, it says I already have it. So Feeld is letting me pay for something, to not let me use it, and then asks to pay again.. no response from contact support, so I guess after the 30 days subscription is over, I might get offered a solution? Feeld feels like a scam at this point.

Can't even log in now. Devs pull your head out of your backend!
This app is getting so bad…
Like System? Unable to see new Likes, but the orange dot is clearly there. Their ChatBot? Useless and completely dysfunctional. Once you’ve made a choice the “menu”, no way to go back. Customer Support? Better at ghosting than the women on the app. Been waiting for almost 4 weeks now! I am currently attempting to get a phone number to talk to someone directly.
Too much spam accounts
About half of the accounts are plainright fake, trying to lure you to other apps.
Fine app 👌 but …
I kinda miss a small adjustment in the selection of search areas … like you have the opportunity to select your own region and then there is a selection of about 10-15 popular areas … why is there no option to select a city of choice? Or at least the Capital of each country? 😉
