Feevy – Fever Tracker

Perfect for Families with Kids

Published by: Daniel Rinser

Description

Do your children often have a fever? Do you sometimes get confused remembering when exactly it started, how it progressed and what other symptoms occurred? Having trouble explaining the exact course of the fever to the pediatrician? Keep track of body temperatures and medication for your whole family with Feevy.

TEMPERATURE, MEDICATION AND NOTES
With Feevy you can not only record temperature measurements, but also track medications and enter text notes. This way, you can verify if medication was effective and capture additional information, e.g. regarding the patient’s condition. Be perfectly prepared for your next visit to the doctor!
BEAUTIFUL CHARTS
Entering data is worthless if you can’t analyze it later. Feevy comes with a beautiful and very detailed interactive chart, which makes it easy to get a quick overview, as well as to analyze temperature curves in more detail. You can freely zoom and pan it to see all the details you need.
PRINT AND SHARE YOUR DATA
Of course you can also print and export your data. This way you can bring your fever curve with you to the doctor or even send it via e-mail. The PDF contains all measurements, medications and notes, as well as a full-page chart showing the temperature curve.
TRACK MULTIPLE PEOPLE
Feevy lets you track the fever curves for multiple people. It is perfect for keeping track of your children's conditions and illnesses. To represent your family with some personality, Feevy comes with a set of cute profile icons to choose from.
SYNC WITH FAMILY MEMBERS
Especially if you use Feevy to track your kids' illnesses, you will appreciate its sync functionality. No matter who measures the temperature or administers medication, both parents will always see the same data on their devices.
UNIVERSAL APP
Feevy supports both iPhone and iPad, including iPad multitasking (Slide Over and Split View). Use your iPhone while on the go or to quickly enter a new measurement, and use the iPad to have a detailed look at the charts.

Feedback is always welcome: [email protected] or via Twitter @feevyapp.

IMPORTANT
In case of fever and sickness, please always consult your doctor. Using this app to track body temperature and symptoms is not a substitute for a visit to the doctor!
OF COURSE YOU CANNOT MEASURE YOUR BODY TEMPERATURE WITH THIS APP! You can only record, visualize and archive the measurements obtained with a fever thermometer.

I love this app. It’s simple and clear and perfect for when I’m juggling multiple patients playing Dr. Mom. Hands down the best app when I’ve got sick kids. Love that I can easily see the dates/history of when each person was last sick too.

Fell out of love.

Update Sent and email 7/23/24 to ask for help with the sync feature. No one has gotten back to us. We have to continue to text each other the times of measurements and medication which ended up making the app useless. This app has been a huge help. Our daughter suffers from Recurrent fever syndrome, she gets episodes every single month and we have to be meticulous in tracking temp, write symptoms and times the meds are given. The one thing that should really be added is to allow two users so it can be shared between parents. I still have to send text messages with the temp and the medication to her dad to make sure we both know, when the last dose was given. This would be a huge game changer.

Simple and Syncs with other phones

We love this app as it helps us track medication, the dose, and date/time it was given. Me and my wife can check the same app on our own phones and it helps look for patterns and provide information to their pediatrician. NOTE TO DEVELOPER: Can you add the ability to add notes or a field for symptoms? This would help look back in history and find out WHY we gave the medication. For example, was it for a toothache or a fever?

Doesn’t sync

I’ve reached out to the email address multiple times with no response. It doesn’t sync between my and my husbands phones. We’ve logged in and out. And even reinstalled the app.

Setting temp smaller than 36C needed

Currently there is no option to set temperature to be between 35-36 C and that's possible and valid situation.

Simple and effective

It can get hard to track the time of previous medications for kids and also how their fever is responding. This makes it easy with a very easy to use/simple free app.

Good for tracking illnesses

My kindergarten has had one sickness after the other and I write them on paper but then they get tossed. This helps me keep track of how long they were sick and see patterns in the fever and also see where one kid was and know what to expect for the other. For improvement, if you could color code medication on the chart, like when you alternate motrin and Tylenol so see which you gave last from the graph and how they effected the fever.

The best. period.

The best app I dealt with for the past 12 years! Lets me track kids separately, create “events”, or illnesses, separately for each kid. Love that I can graph med and fever progress at the same time, and see each in the graph separately . I can easily edit incorrectly entered time with ease (other apps you’d have to delete and re-enter). I can also save the meds so that I don’t have to re-enter every time my kid takes, let’s say Motrin 7.5 ml, during his fever spikes. Have been using this app since 2019 for my 3 kids and love it! BIG thanks to developers!

Add Celsius next to Fahrenheit

L&G=$ on

United States

I have been using this app for years since my kids were born. I wish you would add an option to enter Fahrenheit but also see what the temperature is in Celsius. I keep having to go back to Google to convert the Fahrenheit reading from our thermometer to Celsius so I can determine how high the fever actually is and if I should give medication. It’s really annoying! Please add this feature. Oh and improve the graph display it gets bunched up.

I love this app!!

I love this app for keeping track of things when my kiddo is sick. It’s easy to use and I love that it has a place for notes, measurement and medication. I bought the app 3 years ago and I’ve used it every single time one of us is sick. I only wish that when you put the medication in there’s also a spot for the dosage. But I usually put it in the notes. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.
