I recently bought a pack of 4 of these “smart lightbulbs” and none of them worked the app was hard to work with and wouldn’t pair and although they were easy to install the app and the quality ruined this purchase they wouldn’t work and this app is very poorly built.

worst bluetooth connection of all time i’ve tried resetting, upgraded my phone etc and i always have to restart the app multiple times to get it to sync with my globe. bought a bulk pack of them which i regret now

Purchased 4 pack - impossible to install - tried everything - just too difficult - all gone into landfill Give this a big “don’t buy”

I have four lights added they work fine but now they not working just blinking and try to reset and add and always failed to add what a waste of money

Got 4 bulbs and when I group them nothing works. No point using them

Stupid app, not working probably, wasted money and time for setting up.

I recently bought four light globe pack and set it up in a single room. On the app i have added all light globes which are working fine individually. Issue arises when i included them in a group to control them all together. the Group control doesn’t work and i have to go back and forth to the single globe screens and adjust the lighting individually. The functionality is broken apparently in the app where the group functioning does not supercede the individual controls. Pleae nothe that i have already performed troubleshooting including resetting the app, devices, adding devices from scratch and making group, even router resetting, confirmed OS updated. It is very frustrating and annoying because i have to control the lights individually and it seems to be similer to as if i am using simple globes and extra mobey paid for being “SMART’ is not worth it

Doesn’t sync up with SmartThings hub and lost my devices. And adding devices takes too long and eventually times out frequently.

Slider is touchy. Too difficult to many by single percentage points. Otherwise pretty decent.

The smart RGB Lightbulbs are extremely difficult to stay online even with extremely good wifi 2.4 signal at the porch ligh - the bulbs indicator on the app are constantly going off line. It was also extremely difficult to update the password to each bulb. it literally took two days to get three light bulbs updated. I’m having to switch to a different brand for my outdoor front porch smart lighting which i’m not happy with because I really like the feit smart lighting bulbs once they are online and actually working. The app is user friendly but getting the app to update to my top notch at&t wifi modem is difficult and almost impossible.
