Doesn’t sync up with SmartThings hub and lost my devices. And adding devices takes too long and eventually times out frequently.

Slider is touchy. Too difficult to many by single percentage points. Otherwise pretty decent.

The smart RGB Lightbulbs are extremely difficult to stay online even with extremely good wifi 2.4 signal at the porch ligh - the bulbs indicator on the app are constantly going off line. It was also extremely difficult to update the password to each bulb. it literally took two days to get three light bulbs updated. I’m having to switch to a different brand for my outdoor front porch smart lighting which i’m not happy with because I really like the feit smart lighting bulbs once they are online and actually working. The app is user friendly but getting the app to update to my top notch at&t wifi modem is difficult and almost impossible.

The bulbs respond to the app but the app never does anything. It will turn them off and never turn them back on yet it says 100%. Have tried multiple bulbs. Multiple rooms. Reinstalled the app. Wasted the money

Making adjustments to the schedule should be much easier. I have yet to find a way to do it because I cannot get my two devices to sync. Major thumbs down, not doing exactly what I bought it to do.

This product is junk!! Don’t waste your money on it!!

Love the app! I just have one lightbulb (for now) connected to it and have never had any issues with it. I just have two improvements I’d love to see. 1. A widget. Please add a widget! I use the app a LOT and would love to be able to access it without having to hunt for it. 2. I love the wide variety of colors, but is there a way to make them brighter? Even at 100% it’s super low lighting. Other than that, app and bulb are great and I plan on expanding!

If you bought a Feit Electric bird feeder for AI detection, return it ASAP and buy a competitor product like BirdBuddy. This feeder does not work as advertised, and this app is a miserable experience to discover you’ve been misled. The bird feeder with this app will detect and identify birds, but ONLY if you are in watch mode. To clarify: this app will NOT record, identify and message you offline. You literally have to watch a bird live for the app to work. I’m not joking or exaggerating, and I spent too long to find this out. You might as well look out a window to see there are birds at the feeder, and then hope the app loads in time for you to ask to identify or record (identifying birds from a recording also do not work).

Three stars bc either Feit or Apple nuked the Feit Electric widget & I honest to god miss the ease of convenience it brought. I don’t /mind/ asking my smart assistant to turn on my lights in a public setting (IE: court house) but also would prefer not to have to do that.

The app needs an option to change the Wifi network without having to delete and install again. It’s such a waste of time to redo everything over again. Also why is there a timeout when adding a WiFi bulb. It doesn’t need one. Just waiting to connect to the WiFi is fine. I gave this app a try but I’m not liking how it works. I’m better off with my first choice and going back to the one app that works for me.
