Description

Felicity is a new and modern application for guided relaxation, which is based on the principle and practice of autogenic training. It is appropriate for people who aren’t familiar with autogenic training yet and for experienced ones as well.
It consists of 3 modules, so everybody can choose the one that works best for them. The advantage is that it also allows you to create your unique versions of autogenic training, which means that you can build your relaxation techniques tailored to your needs.
Autogenic training is a relaxation technique, designed by the German doctor Dr. Johaness Heinrich Schultz and consists of 7 exercises, with which the person progressively and deeply relaxes a tense body.
The goal of each exercise is to relax a particular part of the body by visualizing it, and in addition, repeat affirmations to summarize the essence of the individual practice and to facilitate and enhance visualization. The application is designed to guide you through the release with the recorded words.
The exercises are focused on the release of muscles, the strengthening of circulation and lowering of the pressure, proper breathing techniques and calming down the pulse, eliminating tension in the stomach and slowing down thoughts and increasing concentration. The optimal effect of the training will show when a person is practicing as a whole, meaning, in a specific sequence, or exercises can also be chosen by an individual depending on the particular stressful situation.
Effects: better sleep, less anxiety, less susceptibility to stress, higher concentration, lower blood pressure, calmer breathing, less intense emotional reactions, and reduced tension. More calm we are, more likely we are to cope with day-to-day workloads.
The 1st module is always available to everybody free of charge; these are the four versions of autogenic training that contain the selected combination of individual exercises (15-20 minutes):
1. Improve Sleep
2. Reduce Tensions
3. Reduce Anxiety
4. Autogenic in a Nutshell
Modules 2 and 3 are payable.

Module 2: An autogenic training course that allows you to learn how to perform the complete technique gradually.
Module 3: Autogenic training for experienced practitioners, where you can design and build sessions entirely according to your wishes, changing it and adapting to your needs. It gives you the choice of various affirmations and combinations of individual exercises.

Autogenic training is not recommended for epileptic and psychotic patients and those with severe mental illness. Practice will not replace medicines prescribed by doctors but can be a help to a treatment or prevent the deterioration of certain conditions of the disease. If you are in doubt whether you should practice autogenic training or not, you should contact your doctor for advice.

Advantages:

1. A new application based on autogenic training.
2. It allows a person to learn autogenic training step by step.
3. You can design your relaxation techniques, modify and add an unlimited amount of them.
