Doesn’t make sense to use this to send cards outside the USA.
Ordered one card. They couldn’t even deliver but also didn’t refund. Had to dispute it with my credit card issuer.
What a wonderful time to live where you can send such beautiful, handwritten cards with such ease. Initially, it was unbelievable that I can actually send across a card so easily. That I can take my time to design the card 100% on my phone with such creative templates from the app makers, and they would mail it for me. And the card would actually reach my fiancé on time. I live in India and he lives in US. It was such a beautiful card at such an affordable price. Thank you, Felt, for your service. I have never felt so happy with an App.
No doubt the app is really amazing and cards they deliver are absolutely adorable. But this time i would like to mention about the customer care, they are really very friendly and try to help you in best possible way, my card was lost in transit and when i informed them about it, they took no time to reprint and resend whole card again for no extra charge. I am planning to send card every month from them just coz of that problem solving customer comes first attitude. Really amazing guys.
Best app ever. Only one more thing to do is that please give an option to save this cards or do mail this card into pdf form.. do this much as much earlier as possible i have made an beautiful card for my dearest girl plzz before 14th of feb add this option into this good application
The first time I ordered something from this app it did work well. Was extremely thrilled. Subsequently it has proved to be a disappointment. No deliveries have happened ever since to the orders that I had placed and paid for. Not too sure if the app developers are being careless or this is just a sham. Although I did get to hear back from them by mail, but no positive development after that. Will wait for a few more months to let them improve. If not, I will be deleting the app from my phone.
The concept is lovely and amazing and the app is also above average . Interface is not super easy but manageable . The only big lacuna here is . They take around a week or more to deliver the card. If they could speed up the process .
Felt failed to deliver a card that I ordered and never alerted me to the fact that there was an error with my order. I had to email them a few weeks after I ordered the card to ask why it wasn’t delivered. The customer service rep offered me a refund or credits. I can’t use credits because I cancelled my account, which the rep should have seen since they were looking into my missing card. I asked for the refund and they said they can’t refund it even though they said they would. Make it make sense. Update: Felt refunded the dollar value of the missing card to me a few days after my review, which was much appreciated.
This application is VERY hard to navigate the writing tool. After taking 30 min to get a card done. The app cleared out my work, sending a traditional card.
I love the felt app and have used it to stay in touch with so many people. Unfortunately, it’s been a bit too buggy lately and takes a long time for things to load regardless of updates to the app or the recency of my phone or iPad model. Not sure what’s slowing things down these days. I find I need to close and reopen the app several times just to finish working on one card.
