HOW IT WORKS
Just select one of our many original card designs, or select a photo from your phone. Then write a personal message on the front or back of the card with a stylus or just your finger. (Don’t worry you can type too, and we have several fun designer fonts to choose from.) You can then add up to three additional photos to your order, or a gift card. We print your cards, photos and handwritten message on premium Mohawk card stock.
Multiple card frames come in our own unique square accordion-style format, with micro-perforations between each fold. We seal them by hand in our custom, kraft-paper envelopes, add a first class hand-applied stamp and try to mail them within 24hrs.
We go to great lengths to make sure the final product is as personal and heartfelt as if you sent it yourself.
You can send a Felt card to just one person or send the same card or photos to lots of friends and family, to share and preserve your special memories. Felt is used by brides and new mom’s for sending all their thank you’s and it’s perfect for Holiday cards or any occasion.

Oh, snap. And there’s more:
- Delayed Delivery: Write a card today and select a future date for your card to arrive by. (No more missing your BFF's birthday because you had to wait until the last minute...and then forgot.)
- Templates: Save cards to finish later or send the same card again in the future without having to re-write the message.
- Handwritten Address Book: We save all your contacts in the Felt handwritten Address book! Easily keep track of the addresses you wrote, and quickly add multiple recipients to your order.
- Birthday Reminders: Add a reminder for your friend’s birthday, anniversary or any other event and we’ll remind you ten days before so you can send a card on time.
- Add real cash money or gift cards to your order for Birthdays or Holidays, or just because.
- International Shipping: Ship a Card anywhere in the world for only $1 more per recipient.
- Volume Discounts: You can purchase Felt Credits and save up to 25% on every order.
- Custom Cards: Custom cards for your personal needs are available. You can provide us your design or work with us to create your own private card. Email [email protected] to let us know you're interested.

Felt Reviews

Failure to deliver

nightofthegargoyle on

United States

Felt failed to deliver a card that I ordered and never alerted me to the fact that there was an error with my order. I had to email them a few weeks after I ordered the card to ask why it wasn’t delivered. The customer service rep offered me a refund or credits. I can’t use credits because I cancelled my account, which the rep should have seen since they were looking into my missing card. I asked for the refund and they said they can’t refund it even though they said they would. Make it make sense. Update: Felt refunded the dollar value of the missing card to me a few days after my review, which was much appreciated.

SO SLOW

This application is VERY hard to navigate the writing tool. After taking 30 min to get a card done. The app cleared out my work, sending a traditional card.

Used to be a go to, but now seems really buggy

I love the felt app and have used it to stay in touch with so many people. Unfortunately, it’s been a bit too buggy lately and takes a long time for things to load regardless of updates to the app or the recency of my phone or iPad model. Not sure what’s slowing things down these days. I find I need to close and reopen the app several times just to finish working on one card.

Best app ever!

I absolutely love this app! Have been using it for years and it is so easy to use. I never forget a birthday, holiday or special occasion. Everyone that gets a felt card from me enjoys them just as much

Hand written address does not work on iPad

egougar on

Tried to add a handwritten address using my iPad, but it doesn’t work. The ui on my iPhone works, but using my finger on an iPhone does not work well. I would like to use my Apple Pencil on the iPad, but, can't seem to be able to do that.

Zero contact us help

Entered addresses 4 times….credit card info twice and it wouldn’t accept legitimate billing address. Clunky , poor FAQ. This product is on autopilot and crashing.

New composer UI is difficult

The automatic zoom-in when trying to hand write a letter is annoying. Every time you switch from eraser to the pen, it zooms back in again. There doesn’t seem to be a setting to stop this new zoom functionality. Really feels like the developers don’t understand user friendly designs.

Handwriting Feature Not Working

Matthew Nautis on

Like everyone else, I really like this app. I believe it’s the only one that allows for using your own handwriting on the iPad. However, that seems to be broken now. When I click “handwriting” on the card nothing happens. Disappointing.

I love sending these cards to my family. We live throughout the states and it's so fun to send these picture cards especially after a family gathering. The cards are so reasonably priced and they truly make emerge recipients so happy. Cards are always professionally done and sent out on time. So many design options. I just love this company!!
