Wanted to learn some of Prince’s stuff but not even one Prince song on here
Enjoying this so far, lessons seem to be well structured and I like the way each session rounds off with a song so you feel you are making progress, and when weighed up with what one on one lessons would cost not bad value Update, now in second year, still enjoying it.
As a beginner, I’m finding the content pretty good; straightforward to follow, a clear structure to the lessons, and variety. However, I’m finding it glitchy, regularly hanging and the metronome, count in and backing track (in the practice section) don’t work. This would be tolerable in a free app, but I’ve paid a subscription!
Im new to the electric guitar and already love ing it !!! This app is easy to use and easy to follow. Recommended to everyone!!
Consistency is a key part of any teaching, and therefore on only the 2nd lesson of a huge course when the teacher changed to someone completely different, I was immediately thrown off and distracted. Since then, I’ve watched around 15 lessons and I don’t think I’ve seen the same tutor twice… this is not great. Not only does it make the course feel disjointed and patchwork, but ppl need to form a connection to their tutor and this doesn’t happen here.
They took money from my account even though I wasn’t subscribed for a week and didn’t teach me how to set up my guitar properly and when I made mistakes on th first practice mode they don’t tell me how to make it better so I don’t recommend if it’s your first ever guitar
Would be better if they added harder songs
I paid for a subscription up to April 2024 and is asking me to pay again still 5 months to go. Very poor!
Fender play is amazing! As a beginner a few years ago I found it really hard to learn a new song but when I started learning with fender I enjoyed it so much I started a band!!!
I have been using this app for about 4 years now. It is so good in many ways. The amount of songs you can learn, the genres of music such as rock, pop, blues etc. The amount of music bands, soloists is fantastic. Some songs are made easier which is great for beginners. They show technique’s. The different era’s are great as well such as the 60s 70s 80s to modern day.
