Fennel: Invest your own way

I hope they add support for retirement and Joint/ custodial accounts soon!

This app and feature set is really polished for a smaller brokerage/app. App is super responsive and snappy. The customer service is top notch. I recommend them to all my friends, they really give you that personal touch and go above and beyond, without needing to have million dollar balances

The ESG model they developed is up there with what I have seen at large-scale institutions. I love the portfolio analytics they offer as well. Lastly, the customer service rocks.

Aside from the truly A1 Communication and support from Mike and Eric, the UI has consistently improved from the time I’ve began using the service, and is approaching a RobinHood-level of understandability and ease of use while not feeling like it’s incentivizing overtrading/‘action’ like RobinHood does. I’m excited to see what improvements continue rolling out. 6/5

I have been with Fennel for over two months now and I can say they are one of the best brokerages. If you’re willing to pay the monthly subscription, it is worth it. They have a unique vibrant UI. A lot of other brokerages feel old school, but Fennel feels new. Eric provides amazing customer support, Daniel, the CEO, cares about improving their product greatly, and there’s a lot of exciting new features eventually being added. This is only the start for Fennel!

As an upcoming brokerage, I greatly appreciate the energy the Fennel staff are putting into interacting with their customer base. Any issue or question I’ve had is usually addressed within 24 hours. The UI is unique from their competitors and easy on the eyes. The biggest feature I would like to see added is multiple account support, but I here it is coming!
