Takes multiple tries to access my information, security “updates” and “identity verifications” cause endless loops between phone browser and app to the point that I have to request paper EOBs. Get your act together.

The site has been down for almost 48 hours that I have been trying to log on. Critical time with the 2025 changes and can’t get info needed for meds, Dr. visits, etc.
Too many compartmental web sites being assembled as one app. No one had paid attention to human centric designs ( HCD). Because each web page is built or assembled separately lees asking for Cookie information number of times. Bad user interface and navigation. Hard to find right information. Please redesign the entire app and the full web site. Lacking quality from so many years.
This application has a lot of bugs, takes you for loops, had to sign in severas times, because it will be loadong forever. I was red lots of time looking for providers and didn’t work. The program for the incentives is also really bad. It did not give me credit for taking the Assesment and while i was in vacation with no internet available erased everything and lost my input. It is frustrating.
Newest 2.2.0 version has not fixed bugs. Still can’t print EOBs because clicking on the Share icon on top right of EOB page just kicks me out of the app. I still must enter a verification code each time I log in, even though it said I was verified for 4 months. This app is a mess! Use the FepBlue website - it’s better.
Maybe stop updating to minimum OS requirements that are so high? Not everyone wants or needs the latest iPhones. I just want to look at my available providers, apparently I need to buy a new phone to do that for security reasons?
Complicated, difficult to navigate, hard to understand, confusing, unintuitive content obviously delivered to meet a threshold of compliance instead of customer benefit or utility. What a mess.
This app is totally useless!!! Even though I changed plans the app is still Showing all my old plan info on the id cards on the app !!! Total Waste of time !!
This app used to be great. Now it just freezes when I try to login and constantly sends verification codes and no place to enter them.
One of the most confusing & time consuming web sites I’ve used. Difficult to navigate.
