I ordered something on a Friday that I paid express shipping for. The next Wednesday, my order still said “Order Received” when that’s probably when I should have received it. I emailed customer service and they said they were on holiday. What holiday was it and why wasn’t my order automatically just submitted? I asked and Kenny S was very passive aggressive and just offered me half a refund. Then I got half a refund and not only do I still not have my order, they did not ship it express and they changed my shipping method after the refund. Hard not to shop here because of the prices but what terrible customer service!

You’ve done a great job keeping prices affordable AND adding new features all the time. I recommend you to all my friends.

I love the site and the prices they have on some things are AMAZING!! But the app is totally not user friendly. You cannot add promo code to your order. After you’ve ordered you cannot view your order on the app. There’s items that say get this amount and receive this discount but it doesn’t allow you to even add that many items to the cart. Just a few glitches but overall good site to use if you need some cheaper options. Especially in the baby aisle!! Lol
