I’m having issues trying to sign up since i downloaded the app

I am very disappointed with this banking app. The design is poorly executed, making it frustrating to navigate. The layout is confusing and not user-friendly at all. Additionally, the notifications for transactions lack detail, which makes it difficult to track my spending accurately. I often find myself unsure about what each transaction was for, which is a major inconvenience. Overall, this app needs significant improvements in both design and functionality.

The amount that is charge to send money for ur mobile money wallet to your bank account is ridiculous, it’s absurd to take sure huge charges. Do something about it.

To be honest, this is the most useless app I have ever used in my life! I was asked to download this app at the bank when I first created an account, and the bank attendant helped me in creating an account on the app. On creating the account on the app, I was asked to provide a 4 digit code for my account of which I did it successfully without the bank attendant seeing the code I provided . After I got home from the bank, I wanted to know if the app is working perfectly fine by trying to withdraw GH20 into my momo wallet of which I was asked again to enter the code I used for my account , I entered the same pin and it notified me that the pin is wrong! Beginning I thought it was a technical error so I restarted the app and tried it again, to my surprise, my account was locked for no tangible reasons I couldn’t do anything with the app anymore I tried checking if the code was a correct one I used for my account so what I did is, I dialed their short code on my phone that’s *776# and I went through the same process and entered the same code I used on the app to check the available balance on my account and it just worked perfectly! I deleted the app and redownloaded it again to see if I could get my account back on the app and it was just funny when I tried logging in again 🤦🏾‍♂️ It was permanently blocked so I have vowed not to use this useless app on my phone again!! It’s just so useless for real!! I hate this app so bad!!! I will advise everyone to Never download this app but rather use their short codes to do everything on their phone The most useless app I have ever used on my phone😡😡

I have realized the option to Rollover Treasury Bills upon maturity is absent when purchasing Tbills in app. Please rectify

Customers must be able to do more than just sending money, we must be able to review our information and make changes when needed. I need to send message to an RM before edits can be done on my account when I am not available. Your Whatsapp chat is also another problem, why keep customers glued to the only contact they have on their account, the only contact that whatsapp can be connected to. What if that line has been hacked and needs assistance, I am to confirm a link or whatsoever that is sent to that number. Anytime I try to deposit money from mobile money, I am restricted from using my MTN number because they say that's what I registered my account with but you have a drop-down Manu one can choose for other networks but I can't edit the phone number to that other network, so what's the use of give option to choose from other network providers but can't change the number to my preferred network?

Not user friendly, always have to contact customer care if I have to reset my password. I hate this the worst banking app I have ever used. Big ups ADB your app is one of a kind.

For those of us not close to any of the branches, we rely heavily on the app for services. Unfortunately, the app is really not trustworthy in performing such services. The constant crashes need to be looked at.

I can’t use the app and anytime I try to login it say error and at the same time when login and when get to the pro code to be generated,it never comes through and I’m even fed up with the bank and the app

If you’re not ready to give your customers the best experience with mobile apps don’t even build the app, because your bank and all their services are really poor…Such a stupid app with incompetent employees
