Lodged a complain about my inability to access the app after change of number due to migration. Was told my account has been updated with the new number so can access the app. But once I key in my number and account number, then there’s an error pop up. Please try and help us fix this because it is really frustrating. The app was very efficient when I was in Ghana but here in abroad, it has become difficult even to login. HELP PLEASE, HELP !!!
The app is not working , and when you do go to the office too , most of them don’t know how to fix it , they have no idea of what they are doing and they will waste your time as well
The app does not serve the reason it was created. Very difficult to log back in after you log out. Customer service does not respond when you urgently need help on your account. If there was a negative rating, I would have given that.
I always struggle with this app anytime I want to sign in from a new phone. The app first requested for my phone number but I got error all the time after putting in my phone number. I rather used my account number and I was able to move to the next stage. In the next stage it asked for my account number which I did and now it is saying my account number is wrong. Fidelity please fix this because it is really frustrating. I cannot be coming to a branch because of an app
especially for those of us who lives abroad and have a fidelity account will always use the mobile because that is the only way we can check the balance and transaction of our account but app doesn't seem to work anymore after the current update. it's really bad and you people should do something about it.

I love this App. It is easy to use and is intuitive. I like the icons and images. Even when I am abroad, I am able to move money easily between accounts, mobile money and other bank accounts. Welcome team!!!
I can’t seem to access the mobile app after my recent update. If there’s a problem, please fix it ASAP. Because it is delaying my transactions.
New update isn’t working ...extremely disappointing........fix it!
