The app's not bad, glad to see some recent improvements in it. It's not 5 star, the app is cumbersome and reliant on a browser. I tried using a widget, and after wasting 15 minutes of my time and opening permissions more than seemed necessary, it still did nothing but waste space and time. Good investment service, but they can't make a good app yet.

Here is the problem: I have multiple accounts linked and when I select one account from the home tab, I then go to transact for trading. Naturally, I am supposed to be dealing with the same account as I selected. However, that is not the case. On the trading interface, I still have to make a selection on which account I need to work under for buying or selling a stock. Other platforms such as Schwab and IB do not have this issue. This gets quite annoying and sometime causes a problem.

first Fidelity rep contact is useless and uninformed

Some of my info on investments is not showing up. Your techs can’t figure it out.

I use this app about once a week - maybe 2 hours. Easy to buy and sell stocks and check everything in your account.

Why suddenly fidelity investment site is not accessible? It comes on and off. I did access a few hours ago then Access Denied again. I have been on Fidelity for over 10 yrs, it is the first time experiencing this. What is going on?

I do not understand why Fidelity is worried about Robinhood. Hoping Fidelity does not have large copyright lawsuits. On a second note, I have no plans leaving Fidelity. The largest account I believed is dictated by my past employer. Uhmm ~ large company with many wings, presently on strike on the West Coast. Just not happy with there latest phone app changes. Phone support, trustworthiness, and ease of transfers after initial setup is 5+++ Oh! Checkout CHGG, down and out education company that hopefully is setting up for a turnaround. Do your due diligence before buying and stock and remember you competing against Wallstreet. Those bartsrds know what there doing.

Use it daily and it is great.

It’s easy to use. While there are some tasks one needs to do on the website, mobile or computer, it’s surprisingly complete for an app.
