我觉得很伤心,只提供给iOS12以上的服务人群,这是变相强制要用户升级手机系统。也不让用户保持原有的app版本。
“We are doing some maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Please visit Fido.ca to sign in to your account” but I want to use 5 extra hours!!! The website say it must be open in App! It has been 2days!! Can’t you go faster?!
Cant find five hours icon after updates
When i want to chang my plane which needs to login. It always hits snag. So many snags they have. Maybe They snags factory.
I cannot open this app after last update, then it updates again,still can't open it🙃I have tried uninstall then reinstall then reuninstall then rereinstall.....nothing changes. I’ve been using this app to pay for my monthly fee for a year or longer...... Now I’m not in Canada and I guess maybe I have already missed one payment due.......I hope not

Cannot open after update!! OMG....
I don't understand why Fido chooses to hide how many remaining data users have. I can not plan my data usage since I have no idea how many data I have exactly used. Maybe Fido hopes to scare people to buy more data plan. Anyway, it's a bad idea.
Who locks accounts for 30 minutes after one failed attempt??? And a lot of the time it’s stuck on the landing page just loading forever. Don’t you do usability testings???
