## FidSafe Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Has Support & Development Stopped for FidSafe"
I have been setting up my family on FidSade via the web browser. However, when I come to the app, I see it hasn’t been updated in 2+ years. I will be reconsidering whether FidSafe is the right solution for my family. It is also unclear if the web browser version is still supported.
-- EddyD23, 2024-12-18

### ***-- "Can’t upload files only photos."
#1 Dislike is not being able to upload from iOS files. I want to be able to upload PDF files without using the website.
-- Fidelity Customer 85, 2023-05-11

### *---- "C’mon Fidelity-read the reviews and fix this app!"
Useless as it stands on 4/21/2023
-- EF01, 2023-04-22

### ***-- "Still can only upload photos with iOS"
It doesn’t seem the developer is interested in improving the functionality of the app at all.
-- 赫赫赫赫, 2023-03-12

### *---- "ZERO"
ZERO stars. This app had never worked from the start. All my experience with the Fidelity agents has been very positive. Their patience, knowledge and cheerful attitude is admirable. They don’t deserve to be associated with the embarrassingly poor app like this. Neither do the Fidelity investors. Especially in 2023 when the powerful phones are all what’s needed for most of the time. Please have it fixed and I - for one shall forget this inconsistency. Thank you. Max
-- Max Expert, 2023-03-08

### *---- "Doesn’t work anymore"
This used to be a great utility that allowed me to store important documents to reference later. However, it stopped working (login gives an incomprehensible error and the sign up pages don’t even load). It’s such a shame.
-- Rich Bee-yotch, 2022-09-18

### **--- "Searching in folders"
Please add search feature for App. The desktop version has a search feature but the app does not
-- Fido Employee, 2022-01-09

### **--- "No download or print/view options"
It appears the app does not have the same features as the desktop app. You can not print a document or download it from the iPhone/iPad app.
-- GLWNJB, 2021-10-11

### *---- "Horrible App"
I tried to sign up despite being an existing Fidelity customer the sign up page won’t work. I don’t know why Fidelity creates such a crappy app and markets as well in their reading materials. Fix it guys.
-- vmsmanian, 2021-03-22

### *---- "Cannot Use Fidelity ID to Log In"
If you are a Fidelity client who uses your Fidelity ID to log in to FidSafe, this app will not work for you, as it does not include a login option using your Fidelity ID, as you would see using web access.

Also note that while this runs on an iPad, the app has a small iPhone screen size.
