He de decir que me ha sorprendido gratamente lo bien que la aplicacion exprime las pocas posibilidades que ofrece el flujo de datos a traves de wifi las camaras Panasonic. La rapidez inigualable en comparación a la aplicación oficial. Ademas de todas las opciones extra, como formas de onda, luts, etc. De hecho no me esperaba que el uso de peaking funcionara tan bien, pese a la baja resolución del flujo de video. Ademas te permite grabar prácticamente de forma ilimitada ya que la aplicacion reinicia la grabacion al superar cierto limite de tiempo maximo establecido en la camara. Es una aplicación muy necesaria para la gente que utilice gimbal, ya que puede visualizar la imagen sin conectar cables. Y además, camaras como la Panasonic G7 que no permite flujo a traves de HDMI durante la grabación, en esta aplicación si que funciona sin problemas. Muy recomendable!

After buying a GH5M2, the app did not work properly. They answered me the same day!! The support is great, in a week they had solved the problem. The application works perfectly, it has nothing to envy to any external monitor…. LUTs, zebras, scopes, false color, all kinds of framing marks, anamorphic, different focus peaking independent of the camera... a luxury!!! Whoever complains about this application is because they have not spent any time learning it, although connection and configuration is very simple.

Por lo que cuesta la app debe de mejorar muchísimo porque el imagen se ve muy mal des de que compre esta app la he usado 1 vez y ya no la usare mas mala calidad La pantalla de mi cámara se ve mil veces mejor q la app . Yo quiero que mi devuelvan mis 20€ así compro un monitor físico,

Freezes continuously and disconnects from camera constantly. Not worth it!

Life saver. Panasonic doesn’t offer external monitor support on the G7 and their official app doesn’t offer full screen monitoring (why???). You could shell out $300 for an atomos recorder (more than I paid for the camera body), or you could spend $20 on this very capable app. It’s surprising usable. I’m not sure if you could rely on this for super professional work, but for my use case it does the job. It seems like the developer maintains the app fairly well, so hopefully this can be a good long term solution for me. Keep up the good work!

Testing iPad 2 and iPhone 13. I tried messaging will have to email, but I was trying to run both off of one camera. I am also still inquiring over black magic? (GH4 GH5 BMPCC4 cams I use)

Is it suppose to be so blurry, and laggy i have a 13 pro so it cant be my phone 😩

Recent update broke support for my Sony X70 cams, app is useless to me now, very disappointed.

I recently downloaded field monitor to get a feel for using a monitor for the first time. I am currently shopping for a professional grade one like a ninja v. It’s been a great tool for me to learn to use things like false color and some of the focus checking modes. I truly believe you can improve your focus capabilities and your ability to get accurate exposure and the tools that this app provide far exceed what is available on my Sony A7rii. One huge draw back is that you cannot use Sony picture profiles while using this field monitor. The limitation here keeps me from being able to use this for any legitimate work as I choose log profiles for almost all my work. I do want to point out that this limitation is not the developers fault but instead Sony’s. I believe Sony cameras only give the remote capabilities they have baked into their native app and this app basically has to piggy back off each camera manufacturer’s current technology. If you’re someone who doesn’t use picture profiles, this is a great app and even though I can’t use this for professional work, it’s been a great learning tool for me.
