Stopped working

Suddenly stopped working, just white screen

приложение перестало работать, хотя совместимость на айпад есть и два дня на-ад работало превосходно. Помогите решить данную проблему

What's happening?!

The program worked great in 2021-2023! But this year nothing is working. There is no reaction to more functionality, I can only select an element... and I can’t to moove this element even 😭😭😭😭

Fonts don’t install

Fonts don’t appear on figurative after last update on iPad Pro. Fonts don’t appear on figurative but they appear on other apps. Please, fix it or say me, how can I fix it by myself? I use Fontcase for installing fonts And doesn’t work apple pencil. I use ipad pro 17.3 ios version

The “installing fonts on iOS” section does not work!

Many bugs

Too many random bugs make my work impossible. The app can work witn no issues for months and once there can arise a problem with fonts, for example (some of installed fonts just disappeared, included installed on my own and installed in figurative directly). Besides, I got issues with color panel (it could move, instead of choosing a color), moving objects with apencil, etc. However, the app is great for working in figma with an iPad, unfortunately, its the only one, there is no other alternatives for Figurative and its innumerous bugs. I hope the developers do smth and it'll change, cuz i really love Figurative, but these issues blow my mind.

Amazing tool, not so reliable though

With Figma app being so limited on the iPad, I saw Figurative as the solution for my quick on-the-go design sessions. With the shortcuts and finger gestures, it’s really THAT great… when it works. Sadly, half of the times the app stops registering hand gestures which renders it unusable when trying to work without external accessories. I had this trouble with 3 different iPads over the course of last couple of years. It’s such a disappointment, I really hope this gets solved eventually and I’ll be extremely happy to give it another go and change the review to a more positive one.
