I recently downloaded the game to check out the new updates. But I went to log in with my account everything restarted and all my information was gone. Found out they did a update where u have to migrate ur account. And now I’m not able to contact them on their website to get all my info back

Can’t access my account anymore! Tried my Apple login and I got reset to lvl 1. I spent a long time playing the game and now I’m being forced to start again! I took a break and I’m welcomed back to this!
My account for some reason doesn’t exist anymore? I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game only for it to just vanish???
So I just got back in the game 4 months ago and it logged me out and deleted all my links that my account was linked to. I’ve spent lots of time getting stuff u can’t get now. And I’ve contacted support 4 times for help in the last 4 months no answer at all. Even in the “ there discord “ no one has answered. It’s even worse when I found out they migrated stuff too which doesn’t really help anyone if they are not aware of it
I spent several months on this game and spent nearly $100 in the app store when it had launched. Years later I never knew they did a migration and that my account and everything I had paid for and earned is now gone. Support doesn’t help either. From posting on the discord talking in game chat as well as emailing support about getting back my account I have not received any response. So if you play this game I advise you don’t use money because it feels like support is all but gone.
Please add controller support! Excellent game otherwise
I haven’t play in a while do to being busy with day to day life and when I finally got to log on I lost all progress and have to start all over to lvl 1 and have none of the figures I’ve unlocked over the last 3-5 years of playing can’t even find what server I’ve played on and don’t want to hop threw all 40 servers to find what one I’ve been playing on.
I can’t no longer access my old account which I spent hours on. Very disappointed.
I loved this game, and a part of me still does, but after the migration I can’t get my old account back. I didn’t know if was happening because I took a break from the game. And when I came back I noticed the account I normally logged in with, all my stuff was gone. I’ve tried contacting them via discord and was told to use there email. I did that around 3 days ago, but some people have waited for almost 2 WEEKS. I’m desperately trying to get my account back, but I don’t know who to get in contact with to get it back. I’m still hoping for a response, I might even try to message them on there facebook account. But I don’t know anymore.
