No reconoce en iphone

No reconoce el dispositivo, se activa localización y se realizan todos los pasos que salen en los foros pero aun así no sale nada en la app. Solo funciona conectado por Bluetooth sin poder acceder a las configuraciones que se supone ofrece la app (iPhone 11 IOS 17.2.1)

Refuses to connect to EH3 NC headphones. Can no longer control any sound settings in the headphones now.

This app is completely worthless. The app has failed to connect to my BTR5 for a long time. The app has never worked well period. It’s too bad that apps can’t earn demerit badges or something because this app would get a ton.

I wish this company and Qudelix could collaborate on a portable DAC. FiiO makes nice hardware that sounds good but it is handicapped by their awful app and poor software in general. Hire a competent coder, please and consult with at least one native English speaker.
