Previous version has no problem on saving the PEQ settings on my UTWS5. But now with this version I cannot totally save my PEQ settings on my UTWS5. After modifying the PEQ when I go back to main menu the PEQ settings I’ve changed go back all to zero it did not save my settings. I re-installed the app but same problem. Please help.

If i tried connecting it through the app. It wont function properly. If i connect it directly from the bluetooth settings the control app would connect to it for 1 second and then disconnect. Useless app i cant change the volume settings and it’s practically useless now. I’m using the utws5 by the way with an ipad pro and iphone 13 pro max.

Hello, will greatly appreciate if you can add battery percentage indicator in the app. I’m using a Q5 device but it’s hard for me to tell the battery level.

Refuses to connect to EH3 NC headphones. Can no longer control any sound settings in the headphones now.

This app is completely worthless. The app has failed to connect to my BTR5 for a long time. The app has never worked well period. It’s too bad that apps can’t earn demerit badges or something because this app would get a ton.

I wish this company and Qudelix could collaborate on a portable DAC. FiiO makes nice hardware that sounds good but it is handicapped by their awful app and poor software in general. Hire a competent coder, please and consult with at least one native English speaker.

This app is not connecting to me Q5. Now I can’t configure or change any parameter in my DAC. Do not buy any FiiO DAC as their support is awful and their apps for iOS are useless!!!!

If you have iOS (iPhone) you may want to wait on purchasing the FiiO KA17. It is otherwise a great product but the iOS version of the FiiO control app does not support it.
