Very good

Works very well with own cloud, OS X server, Linux server (Raspberrypi) and Windows server file sharing. Fast and easy to use.

Don't play avi and VOB files. Maybe solve this problem.

Very good app

Great app: quick access to shared files over any (local) network

One of the best app of its kind. It is worth the monies. Does what it says. If is proper setup (onto app), any shared location over the network is fast and easily accessable on iPhones or iPads either. Still, the ftp access is yet to be implemented. Tested over several idevices, at home and work; great for moving/copying files from one location to another over WiFi at a glance (from work to customer/client, or else). At home used as player for music located on NAS; AirPlay to stream; printing from the app. I recommend to developer to make again hoovering the (longer) file name on iPhone app version for iOS 7 as in iOS 6; and yet, for iPhone version please allow somewhere in the app or at Control Center to slide over the media (music or similar) file progress.

Problem with long filenames

Because long filenames are truncated, in folder listings you can't make the difference between files with similar names that differ only by their extension.

Great - but needs extra work

I bought this app a few days ago, it looks great but I'm disappointed because the PDF viewer it's very slow. I have a collection of PDF magazines on my media server and it takes too long to copy 1 file and than when I try to read the magazine the page turn and the zoom it's very slow. Please improve the PDF viewer. Make it like the one in IBooks

Works ok

It works well for what it says it can do, so thank you for that. But it needs some extra features: "FTP support" and also "download URL". Thanks!

A big NO!

There are so many times one can look at "unable to connect" message! So is one minus star from me. More than a waist of money is a waist of time!

Works perfect

We have a SMB network in the office and it worked instantly. Easy to use, it is everything I missed to make my ipad replace the MBA for the office.
