I feel scammed. Bought Filmic Pro a couple of years ago and now they’ve switched to a subscription business model. I can’t even access the Filmic Legacy app. Wish I could get my money back from these thieves.

Filmic Pro provides filmmakers, newscasters, teachers, vloggers, and artists with the capability to shoot in a true LOG gamma curve. LOG V2/V3/V3* allows for greater tonal range and flexibility in post production by expanding dynamic range and setting the iPhone’s capabilities on par with traditional camera systems costing thousands more.

Old legacy Version 6 Not working properly
Subscription model changeover - you are joking. Have now deleted all versions. Old one (v6 legacy) doesn’t work now (won’t work horizontally even though orientation lock is off). Another example of a great product ruined by corporate greed and not seeking customer advice.
Shame on the developers
I went on a trip and busted out my phone to use filmic to capture some nature. Well the app wouldn’t load, why? Because it wanted to do some licensing check or load some bs nag screen when I was in the forest without any data signal. I do not want to upgrade to another version because I paid good money for this app and I want to be able to access it when I want to and not be nagged every time to upgrade.
Money grabbing
Legacy App? Pay more to continue using the App? Sounds like another money grabbing technique. App crashes and corrupts the files anyway. Good luck 👋

Thanks for ruining it.
Did IQ’s drop sharply amongst the developers of this app? If the change to a subscription model for an app brought outright wasn’t shady enough, what’s worse is not announcing it to users prior to upgrading the app. Fun story, I upgraded before heading away overseas and being out in the field with no data I was unable to access the app when it came time to shooting. The result you ask? Missing out on valuable shots! Thanks for nothing.
Feel ripped off
Bought the Filmic app for good money for an app - thinking there would always be support and updates. Now they decide to put out a new version and charge subscription fees for it. Feel ripped off.

Cheap trick to cheat people. Talk about trying to scam and rip-off their customer base!
Need help / Urgent
Hi there, I've been using filmic pro app over the past 3 years. I've updated both filmic pro app and and also filmic remote apps which the new one called ( remote legacy) and my filmic pro updated in 7.5.0. Since yesterday my iPad (2022) can't connect to my phone ( iPhone 11 Pro x) and it says can't find the new device which is impossible as I was using it before I updated both apps. In my IPhone I tuned on the remote and it says connect but it doesn't connect to my iPad. It's very urgent and I'm in the middle of shooting my film. Can you please help me and tell me what exactly I need to do. Much appreciated it

This was not cheap! I saved to buy this! I'm not rich! But now you want to take more of it! No way! Oh thanks for offering a "loyalty" discount? So for being loyal I get to pay more for a "new version"
