This app is perfect for yoga and Pilates workouts, breathing techniques and everything wholesome! I would recommend it to everyone and all excercises are easy to fit into your routine. Cat is such a lovely person and really has a passion for helping people and providing excellent classes. This app is now such a big part of my life, I couldn’t imagine not using it!

Cat is an amazing teacher. I love her style and the app offers so much to all abilities. Easy to use live or on catch up. Great support from Cat and Beth, lovely community of women that support each other and just want to feel good and stay healthy and strong. Everyone that is thinking of practicing yoga should try this. Classes are well structured and helped me stay consistent in my practice. I am forever praising this platform. Just amazing and life changing for me.

The Find Your Flo app is a treasure trove of exercise and advice for all abilities. Such a variety of resources and expert teaching. I wouldn’t be without it 😍

Find your Flo is helping me so much with navigating my moon cycle. I’m able to choose my phase of my cycle and find classes and recipes accordingly which is something I always dreamed of existing ! I’m 37, have had debilitating’Endometriosis’ for 17 yrs - endless chronic abdominal/womb and back pain no-one not even my husband could dream of understanding. I have been ‘yo-yo-ing’ between various exercise and nutrition to better my gut and body but struggling big time. Now I have gratefully found this woman Cat and her knowledge!! I’m just starting out, but so far; my outlook to life , my parenting, wife role, work role, MY OWN goals and happiness are happening here with personal coaching and non judgemental words and thorough support. As a person with the smallest attention span and inability to sit down and breath, somehow I’m doing it. 4 simple 15 minutes in my mornings this week and I smiled not cried with my back pain. Never understood the need for myself to own my body and understand my hormones until now. Shes helped me to realise that if I understand my own body and womb I can better myself and reduce my pain. With her knowledge, my willingness and determination to understand and treat my body better, for the first time in my life - I am so excited!. There is such a personal element to Find your Flo that I love. Cat takes the time to check in to see how you are and how you’re getting on which I really appreciate. Hormonal health is an overwhelming topic for most but having Cat to guide you along the way sure helps! I love the way the app is laid out and how it tracks your consistency. Brilliant content and it’s a nice touch how she has the weekly live yoga practices, which gives you an opportunity to connect with Cat & other members ☁️🤍 Highly recommend!
