I downloaded the app had 77euo debited from my account and now it won’t let me connect and is looking for another 77euro who do I contact to sort it out or get my money back !!

Everything worked great until I updated my subscription to yearly. I no longer receive notifications when my circle members arrive and leave locations. Yes, I have my notifications turned on in settings. Hopefully this gets to the right person and can be fixed.
