Closed my account
Closed my account not any explanation and took over a week or more to tell me they are closing my account. Avoid them they just want to steal your money.
Mobile code devices
App asks for mobile code devices. No idea what this is.
Not receiving text messages
I order to carry out any function like transferring funds, I need to enter a code sent to my phone via text message . However I never receive these codes ? And so can not perform all the functions
Unable to unlock my Data
The code to unlock my data doesn’t arrive?
too many hoops to jump through
its probably not the app but the service generally
Can’t open an account
Download app no problem fill in details waiting for verification code no code arrives so can’t complete set up no good for new customers will go elsewhere.

I was surprised how ugly the process of the first time logging into the app was. It wasn’t possible to use my password keeper app. Copy/pasting of user Id / password / pin wasn’t available either. Fineco, if you are really concerned about the security, than maybe you should allow the password to be more than 8 characters long?
