Doesn’t work. Can’t set up a mobile code because there is always a strange error.
Best Fin-Tech in Europe
Simply the best… non cambiate!
Minimal functionality
Other than viewing your account balance, you can’t do much from this app (for example, no payments or transfers). For an “online bank”, it’s shocking how basic this app is.
Problemi con ultimo aggiornamento
Purtroppo l’ultimo aggiornamento, che a detta di Fineco, era destinato a migliorare la sezione carte, purtroppo non ha fatto altro che peggiorarla rendendola inutilizzabile. Almeno questo su ipad pro e iphone xr.

Elenco movimenti
L’app per cellulare di Fineco, nella sezione lista movimenti, riporta - INSIEME- sia gli addebiti e accrediti sul conto che gli addebiti per pagamenti fatti con carta di credito nel giorno in cui sono fatti. Riporta poi anche l’addebito dal conto alla carta il mese successivo. Quindi se oggi con la carta di credito spendo 20 euro, mi trovo nella lista movimenti di oggi un addebito di 20 euro e poi mi ritrovo un secondo addebito di altrettanti 20 euro il mese prossimo come pagamento estratto conto carta credito. Questo ingenera una grande confusione oltre al dubbio di avere addebitati due volte I pagamenti in carta di credito. ( questa confusione non c’è accedendo alla lista movimenti dal sito). Inoltre nella app non compaiono gli accrediti da carta di credito (ho avuto un rimborso su carta di credito e nella app non c’è, mentre c’è nella lista movimenti dal sito). A mio avviso vanno tenuti distinti i pagamenti con carta di credito dai movimenti del conto e inoltre nella lista movimenti conto visibile dalla app debbono essere visibili tutti i movimenti.

Confusa e incompleta, la peggiore app bancaria che abbia mai visto
4 nomi diversi per lo stesso codice
Per abilitare il Touch ID ho dovuto ridettare il pin su questa app mobile. Il problema sorge quando viene rischiesto di immettere un nuovo PIN (primo nominativo) e PIN mobile (secondo nome) il campo di testo riporta come nome un’altro nome ancora(terzo), per confermare il tutto viene richiesto il vecchio pin (chiamato con altro nome, 4 nome). La confusione creata è totale poiché il pin che già avevo e che ho dovuto cambiare non aveva nessuno dei sopra menzionati nomi ma bensì PIN dispositivo. Da un punto di vista di esperienza utente è un design pessimo, per una banca che si vanta della sua natura online sarebbe il caso di assumere degli ux designer un po’ più attenti... Grazie
