The app is pure garbage. “Your session expired” why is that a thing, I’ll never understand but no worries I saved my password but it doesn’t come up because it’s saved under “just ride” and not associated with this app but then you remembered this time so you search for it and it I puts your dumb password only to not be able to login. Zero stars

Some bug caused it to give me 4 one way tickets when I'd selected 2. At least I was able to refund them

Where is Sayville on the app, they literally don’t have it on the app anywhere.

Fairly easy app to use, just put in where being picked up, then where you’re going. You do need to call for the water taxi. My only negative is that when first purchasing tickets you cannot put card info in until purchasing. I wanted my card in before purchased, but for some reason the app doesn’t allow. That’s frustrating when rushing to buy tickets. One other thing, definitely do not activate tickets until you’re ready to board, apparently tickets expire 29 minutes after activation.

We waited in line like civilized humans and everyone made a rush for the front when it arrived. The staff could not care less about how long people had been waiting or who was in the front of the line. It also took more than 30 min for a boat to return. Awful service. I’d rather walk.

The app was definitely convenient for buying both water taxi & ferries on the go; however, triple check your origin & destination because even though most of the water taxi tickets are $10, the employees won’t let it slide. I accidentally bought a ticket from Bay Ocean to Dunewood instead of Ocean Beach to Dunewood and they wouldn’t accept it. It’s upsetting because the tickets were the same price...

Worked perfect. So nice to not deal with the window line. Thanks for making it easy.

This app makes the ticketing process super easy and efficient - a big step up from paying with cash! However, there are a few more things this app could do, and I encourage the developers to continue to add more helpful features. This could include: • Water Taxi schedules (we still have to call the phone number every time to check in) • Activating multiple tickets at a time (if they are bundled under the same purchase)

Very easy to purchase tickets. However, the tickets are only good for water taxi's, not for ferries. And you can't book your water taxi ride through the app, you have to call them and tell them where you want to be picked up and where you're going. So, this is strictly a ticket buying app and for that purpose is does very well. Wish the app did more though because dealing with the actual water taxi is very frustrating!!
