Edited: The probes now have color options. Most excellent! First off, kudos to the dev’s for this. Being a systems administrator I know it takes work. Thank you for the work! I think being able to change your probe color would be awesome. Full RGB spectrum color change! I’m not color blind but people are. Having ALL your probes in the app different shades of brown isn’t great. If we could do the following: 1) Select and probe we want and change the color 2) For each specified color change, have a wheel or something of any full spectrum RGB color we desire I want my Fan to be Red, my Pit temp Green and my probes blue, Purple, Yellow, etc But the app itself kicks butt. Great job.

I love the FireBoard. The device is great, meat probes and grill probe are great. But the app is so confusing. I just want a simple way to set temperature probe to a temp, and that works the fan to turn on or off depending on temp, along with an alert to set when meat reads a certain temp. Sometimes going too complicated with graphs and everything else it's trying to offer takes away from the basic needs.

Should be more intuitive just to just change the set point. Where is that in the app?

Please go back to the last UI. The view now with all of the charts on top of each other is incredibly confusing. Why tinker with something that worked so well?

Wanted to love this app but had so many issues with inconstant readings and defective probes that after multiple purchases and exchanges I finally gave up. The support here is really lacking and the team is defensive even when there are known quality issues. Switched to a competitor and while not as flashy it just works.

I love my FireBoard 1 and the app works great. It just needs a widget for the Home Screen and a complication for the watch. I’d probably give it 5 stars otherwise.

What did you do? Can’t add notes anymore. Toggle switches that do nothing. You guys are the gold standard. This is unacceptable.

I’m not entirely sure what they’ve done or what they are trying to do with this app but the new update is horrendous. The app crashes constantly and they’ve added new features without any explanation. I started a session with my FireBoard 2 Drive, yet the session tab keeps saying Spark even though I’ve not used my Spark for this session. Simple things like just monitoring temp charts have become cumbersome. This needs to be fixed.

Love the app and the FireBoard 2 on my Lone Star Grillz pellet smoker, but the app needs a widget or live activity for easy, at-a-glance monitoring during long cooks.

Widget support so that we can swipe or monitor when multitasking. Other than that, love it! Been on board for years and looking forward to the recently announced wireless thermos!
