Firefighters First CU

I have been with Fire Fighters First Credit Union for 40 years. Wow, that ages me. They have always had excellent service. I mostly use the online banking which is easy to use. Their loan rates are lower than anybody else’s and their savings rates are higher. You can’t beat that. In the 40 years I have been with them, I have never had even 1 issue. I highly recommend using Fire Fighters First Credit Union. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I can’t even get in. It sends me a text then it starts over to login. I never get it the app

Love the app easy to navigate, it’s worth 5 stars but the email contact us is flawed takes to much time for a response from our fffcu staff to get back to us.

There have been multiple occasions where I cannot pay off my safety line of credit from the app. I have to call in and speak to a live person.

I’m leaving out of California now and I have to do everything remotely and it seems to be no problem. Fire Fighter credit union is awesome. The help of the call taker is great.

The app used to work great but ever since they updated it I find myself having problems at least 50% of the time. I liked the old version better.

You need to bring back the ID where you can put a picture on it, That would be awesome.
