Search function not working on iPad! You select 11 or 14 nights and press search and the app only searches for 7 night holidays!!

I booked a holiday here and left Essex at 4am for a 7am flight. Technical issue with the plane and didn’t take off until 7pm so once landed and done the 1 hour drive we missed the lunch and dinner was closed as it was 23:15 when we got to hotel. Throughout the whole delay nobody in TUI knew what was going on. They give vouchers on the boarding card that couldn’t be used. Get to the hotel and hit with a tourist tax for £55 even though the couple in front and behind only paid £35. This was due to the type of accommodation I booked. I’m all inclusive and have a kitchen I presumed I would have been in the hotel. Room is dirty as it’s clearly not been cleaned correctly. That’s day 1. Avoid booking as it’s with TUI. Lucky I didn’t have young kids with me etc but other family’s did and the way they treat passengers is disgusting. No wonder it’s cheap look elsewhere
Warning* never use Tui! It is a shame that we had such an awful Experience as the hotel and staff were excellent. However we will never book with Tui again and will warn other families to avoid at all cost. The issue with the booking and flight were like nothing I have experienced. I checked in on the app only for them to give me access and all information to another family!!! Data breach!! We were treated like animals/ cattle on the flight and no even aloud to purchase water on a 4 hour flight. We were delayed for 5 hours after receiving the information as we were boarding that the cabin crew needed to rest and we’re returned to the airport. We were told the aeroplane was a third party and the cabin crew were Tui! This was a lie! They were go to sky crew who were rude ignorant and made us feel uncomfortable. They refused to let us have water or even purchase water. The most uncomfortable 4 hour flight I have experienced! We arrived at our destination at 4:30am instead of 11:30pm. No apology no assistance nothing! The hotel is beautiful and all amenities you need, clean room lovely pool area good choice of food, good location, friendly helpful staff. The hotel needs to work with an alternative airline company.

Tried booking a few times via the app and upon selecting ‘how flexible - exact date’ they give me prices for a completely different date even though it says they have ‘x amount of rooms available’ Tried a different destination and the same thing happened again, why ask how flexible I am to give me a date two weeks away The hotels are not full either as I managed to book with another operator and get availability/quote from another…besides that I wouldn’t have opted with First Choice as they wanted an extra £700 pp for the same holiday and without seat upgrade
First time leaving a review just to say how bad this app is. It isn’t finished, the headings and titles don’t display correctly so you don’t know what the ‘extras’ are etc, and most importantly on the way to and from my holiday it would not email my boarding passes to me from the app, and it would only show my boarding pass in the app and not my families resulting in a lot of confusion checking onto inbound and outbound flights. Utterly awful. Don’t bother using it.
The app is only interested in making bookings. Once you’ve booked the ‘help’ they say they offer is non existent. I’ve travelled with TUI for years but I find it’s not what it promises.
