To successfully enrol for the Mobile App, you must be registered for First Citizens Online Banking.

This app has an OTP that sends only to local numbers. So if I move residence and no longer have that local number, I cannot update my residence and put the new number for OTP. Why? Because this app does not recognise global mobility and was designed / approved by small minded people who do not understand their customer base
Another waste?
Was excited to hear FCB had another app as the other version was annoyingly limited, I downloaded the new app and the screen froze. I was unable to access or select anything, you can’t log out so I had to kill the app. I tried logging back in three times and got the same results, maybe a proper beta test before advising customers to download something that isn’t working.
Before posting I tried a fourth time, still frozen and unable to access anything.
