Very unhappy with the updated changes to webpage. View on my phone is awful. Caint see account numbers, harder to pay bills, sadly can’t print account info that I need for taxes. Not happy with this version please put it back the was it was or change to something more user friendly. Find it difficult to view hirstory if one bill or change the account number . How can I hide it delay old accounts
Overall the online is very convenient. Issue is human support and follow up when there is an issue. Delay in availability of funds is exasperated online!
This app has a long way to go for bug fixes and glitches. Half the time I open the app and it spends two minutes loading and then times out for an error in updating. One thing I do like however is the user-friendly interface and transaction details
Easy to pay a wick bill
Good luck with this bank if you are in a jam late. . Nothing works at night. You’ll be stranded if you need to move money.
Now the balance randomly updates and shows inaccurate numbers 9/10 times. If you want to use this bank and app it should work fine as long as you are okay with manually logging every transaction on paper like the pre internet era.
This dog$&@! App and service has almost gotten me stranded, MULTIPLE times. You will NOT be able to see your true balance after a certain time, as well as not be able to send or receive Zelle payments from other accounts to compensate if you ,lord forbid, need to spend more than the amount than you had in the account. I cannot count the number of times I have tried to get gas late at night doordashing, and am not able to get nearly enough gas to finish a night, and am just completely unable to use the funds in the account in the meantime. The frequency this happens is insane if you’re up at night, and there isn’t any 24 hour customer service to take care of serious issues like this, and every time the morning after, customer service rep just says there was an outage, and it should be fixed now. Planning on cutting ties with one of the most inconsistent, dog$&@! Services I’ve ever had the displeasure of using.
Excellent service
Current update has broken the app to always lock device out saying “no connection/need passcode for offline viewing” despite being connected to either wifi or cell signal. Honestly your app is the only reason I haven’t left first commonwealth for a different bank, so please don’t screw up the one thing you had going for you.
