Someone chose to continue to charge overdrawn fees from my sons acct in the amount of $99 when he had only overdrawn $10. That is disgusting. Furthermore it was taken out of my acct. he is not living in my home and my acct should not be touched. I am certain you could care less. I would not expect anything else

More often lately it’s been nothing but spinning loading symbol on all accounts followed by error.

The only option of this on line banking app is Card management. Explain how this works. Also. Where can you lock and unlock your debit card

I usually do my banking in Schellsburg and the people there are so friendly, they make me feel like I am part of their family

This app seems to be constantly down. Anytime I need to simply see my balance, the app takes forever to load and more often than not, throws an error meaning I am unable to see how much money is in my account. I tried logging in on the website, but the MFA code is sent to my old phone number even though I provided my new phone number to the bank and receive communications from them there. I will be switching banks.

It is simple to do most anything with my bank checking account check balance actually and I love easy mobile deposits with decent camera in certain phones android it isn’t app it’s low pixel camera but this IPhone works beautifully and newer android phones with decent camera quality and I shake it works well even with shakes.A++ rating.
