Techs need to look at the live chat ASAP!
I don’t always have time to ring up and have my questions answered so that live chat is a good tool to access….but there it ends! Tech support really needs to get on to fixing the issues, that makes the chat freeze, then you have to shut down the app, go back in, start chat again only to loose what you were enquiring about but also be paired with another assistant, to have to explain your WHOLE story all over again! Absolutely exhausting in the end! As a customer a quick text to say an interest charge has changed would also be lovely!! It should be an automated system
